Whether you have dark skin or fair, we can adjust our laser to give you the most effective treatment for your complexion. the consultation is important to educate and inform our clients about pre-treatments, post-treatments, benefits among others, all services are personalized, that is why a consultation is required for a more optimal treatment.

Cancellation Policy

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND RESCHEDULE: * Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. * To reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours minimum in advance to avoid losing deposit and appointment. (Call, Email or Text) * The change of reschedules can only be made once. * NEW CUSTOMERS: It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. * If running behind schedule, you MUST make us aware, please call or text. ONLY 10 MINUTE DELAY. Failure to call or text will cause you to lose your deposit and appointment. * SP Wellness Therapy & Skin Care, IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR APPOINMENT REMINDERS! * Minors MUST accompanied by an adult. * You cannot reschedule appointments booked on sale! Booking on SALE IS FINAL! You will lose deposit and appointment. * If you are not present for an existing appointment and do not call, email or text, to inform us of your cancellation, then i have the right to reserve the right of ambition on future services, or charge the service in full in advance. *Clients will not be able to take photos or videos during a section. (In some exceptions it will be done only with the consent of the client and the therapist) for us the integrity and privacy of our clients is very important.
