This form of therapy involves hands-on techniques to increase circulation, relieve tension, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, improve sleep, and promote relaxation throughout the entire body, as well as many other benefits. The body's soft tissue areas include the muscles, tendons, connective tissue, etc. Some studies have found massage may also be helpful for: Anxiety Digestive disorders Fibromyalgia Headaches Insomnia related to stress Myofascial pain syndrome Soft tissue strains or injuries Sports injuries Temporomandibular joint pain Beyond the benefits for specific conditions or diseases, some people enjoy massage because it often produces feelings of caring, comfort and connection. Despite its benefits, massage is not intended as a replacement for regular medical care. Let your doctor know you are trying to be sure and follow the standard treatment plans you have.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND RESCHEDULE: * Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. * To reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours minimum in advance to avoid losing deposit and appointment. Booking on SALE IS FINAL! You will lose deposit and appointment. * If you are not present for an existing appointment and do not call, email or text, to inform us of your cancellation, then i have the right to reserve the right of ambition on future services, or charge the service in full in advance. *Clients will not be able to take photos or videos during a section.
